These terms apply to all rental services provided by Millview Group Ltd, trading as Satellite Rentals UK (a service by dwmedia). Registered in England and Wales. Wansbeck Workspace, Rotary Parkway, Ashington, Northumberland, NE63 8QZ.
All rental requests are subject to availability and confirmation by us. A request is not a confirmed booking until we have confirmed availability and received a deposit payment.
A £200 refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This is returned once the kit is received back in the same condition it was sent.
Rental starts from £35 per day. A minimum rental of 3 days applies. Delivery is charged separately and quoted at time of booking. All prices include VAT where applicable.
We deliver the day before your start date and collect the day after your end date, between 9am and 5pm. Delivery costs are quoted based on your location.
The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was sent. The kit must be packed in the original cardboard shipping box for return. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the delivery date may be subject to a charge at our discretion.
We are not liable for loss of connectivity due to satellite service interruption, weather or other events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the rental fee paid.
Millview Group Ltd carries public liability insurance. The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period and any damage beyond fair wear and tear.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We're not currently accepting any new Starlink rentals. If you already have a rental booked with us, it will go ahead as normal - nothing changes on your end. Thanks for your understanding.
