When you submit a rental request we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and details about your rental. We also collect anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics.
We use your information to process rental requests, confirm bookings, send invoices and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may share data with: our CRM (HubSpot), email service (Resend), payment processors and HMRC where legally required.
Rental and enquiry records are kept for up to 3 years. Financial records are kept for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements.
